Latest Alberta PNP Draw 2024 | AAIP Draws
The latest Alberta PNP Draw for Express Entry on May 1, 2024, issued 40 permanent residency (PR) nomination invitations.
Express Entry profiles with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 305 or above meeting the criteria for a dedicated Healthcare Pathway with Alberta job offer received invites.
Previously, Alberta issued 49 invitations on April 17 to profiles with the same criteria.
Prior to that, on March 19, 2024, Alberta also issued 41 notifications of interest in a dedicated healthcare pathway with a job offer having a CRS score of 304 or above.
Another AAIP draw on March 5, 2024, sent out 34 provincial nomination invitations with a CRS score of 303 or above for dedicated healthcare pathways.
As of June 11, 2024, Alberta has resumed the opportunity stream and launched new guidelines by setting a monthly application quota.
Also, on February 20, 2024, AAIP sent out 33 invitations to apply for provincial nomination for permanent residency (PR).
This round of invitations targeted Express Entry profiles with a CRS score of 311 or above for dedicated healthcare pathways.
Alberta had a total quota of 9,750 for 2023, out of which 4,875 were set aside for Express Entry profiles.
For 2024, Alberta was expecting notional increases to more than 10,000 nomination allocations, but IRCC kept the quota at 9,750.
Always remember, not all the invited Express Entry candidates accept the nomination, and not everyone is landed within the same year after the invitation, given the longer processing time for PNPs.
